About us
A different kind of tech support
Being good with technology is only half the job. The other half is patience — sitting down, listening to what’s actually going wrong, and explaining it in a way that sticks, without making anyone feel behind.
That’s the whole idea behind the name. A neighbor doesn’t rush you off the porch, and a neighbor doesn’t talk down to you. We show up, we take the time, and we leave things working — and understood.
What we stand for
Built for confidence, not dependency
Patient
We work at your pace. Asking a question twice — or five times — is always welcome.
Plainspoken
We explain what happened and what changed in plain English, not tech jargon.
Respectful
Your home, your accounts, your privacy, and your choices stay yours throughout the visit.
The person at your door
Local help, with clear expectations
Valley Tech Neighbor is a locally owned, appointment-based service—not a remote call center. You arrange the visit directly, know what kind of help to expect, and can ask questions before any work begins.
We are preparing an owner introduction and real photograph for this page. Until then, call us directly if you would like to know who will be coming to your home before you schedule.
Local, accountable, and careful
What to expect during a visit
Before we arrive
You’ll know the appointment window and the flat price for your visit type ahead of time. No estimates that turn into something else once we’re in the door.
While we’re there
We ask before touching anything, narrate what we’re doing in plain language, and only access accounts or settings with your say-so. If a fix needs more time than planned, we pause and check with you first.
When we leave
We test the fix together before we go, and we’re happy to write down what we did in plain terms — useful if a family member wants to know too, always with your permission.
