Website requests are stored with contracted cloud service providers used for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. Access is limited to people who need it to operate Valley Tech Neighbor.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, banking information, verification codes, medical information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

Retention and requests

We retain service-request information only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer service, business records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by calling or texting (209) 267-2166.
