What we collect
When you request help, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, who needs help, preferred contact method, requested service, and a description of the problem. Basic technical information may also be recorded for security and troubleshooting. We don’t sell this information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your request, contact you, schedule and provide services, prevent abuse, maintain customer records, and meet legal or safety obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers to deliver website requests, host this website, and operate the business. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Your accounts and devices
During a visit, we may see account or device information necessary to solve the problem in front of us. We only access what’s needed for that visit, only with your permission, and we don’t record passwords or account details for our own use.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, banking information, verification codes, medical information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website form.
Retention and requests
We retain service-request information only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer service, business records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Call us to request access, correction, or deletion.
